Return and Refund Policy
We appreciate your business and thank you for purchasing MARI J CO. products.
MARI J CO is committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased you may be eligible to return the product for a refund (Please see Satisfaction Guarantee policy below (also reference MARI J CO Policies and Procedures)).
Damaged or Defective Products
If any product(s) have been received damaged or defective, please contact the MARI J CO Customer Service Department immediately. MARI J CO can replace the damaged or defective product(s) at no charge in lieu of a refund. To complete a return simply email firstname.lastname@example.org or reach us via telephone at (866) 226-2842 and follow the prompts. When contacting Customer Service please have your Member ID# or order # which will allow us to assist you in the most expeditious manner.
Once you have received a return # a pre-paid envelope will be sent to you for the damaged or defective product(s). Place the damaged or defective product(s) in the pre-paid envelope and mail it back to MARI J CO using the pre-paid envelope. Once the damaged or defective product(s) have been received we will ship your replacement products
within 24-48 hours.

MARI J CO reserves the right to decline a return if a return number was not issued by MARI J CO Customer Service or if the product was found not to be damaged or defective.
Standard Returns for Dissatisfaction.
As a MARI J CO Retail Customer or Member, you have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. You must follow the following steps:
- Contact Customer Service and request a return number. You can reach customer service via email at email@example.com or reach us via telephone at (866) 226-2842 and follow the prompts
- The initial order of product placed must be unopened and sealed in its original container
- Only initial orders are eligible for refunds. Subsequent orders of the same product, clearance products,discontinued products and seasonal products are ineligible
- The following fees are considered non-refundable, except as required by law: shipping fees, administrative fees.
MARI J CO will not issue any refunds if the products are returned and not in saleable condition. You are solely responsible to ensure the product is mailed back to MARI J CO per our Refund/Return policy. MARI J CO will not track or insure packages that are mailed to us from the Retail Customer or Member. Retail Customer or Member is solely responsible for shipping costs to return product back to MARI J CO in its unopened and sealed container. MARI J CO does not accept Shipping Collect packages and Shipping Costs must be paid by the Retail Customer or Member. If for any resin the product return isn’t received by MARI J CO it will be the sole responsibility of the Retail Customer or Member and a refund will not be issued.
Once the returned product has been received in its unopened and sealed container to MARI J CO will credit the original form of payment to the Retail Customer or Member.Member Buy Back Policy (Member Cancellation) MARI J CO values its Members and as such we have created the Member Buy Back Policy to assist any Member who wants to discontinue their membership with MARI J CO. If you are a member and believe you have purchased more inventory than you can sell you may qualify for the Member Buy Back Policy.
The Member Buy Back Policy does not apply to a Member who, for the purpose of qualifying for commissions,bonuses or some other benefit has made a false statement of inventory for which they are attempting to receive a refund has been previously sold or consumed. MARI J CO will not accept inventory or issue a refund under this condition explicitly.
An official request must be made in writing by the Member who wishes to apply for the Member Buy Back Policy within 14 days of the original purchase date. A refund will only be made once the original product has been received in good resalable condition and is subject to the following fees: 15% restocking fee, freight charges, rebates or discounts of any kind that were issued on the original POS, issued bonuses or commissions, any unforeseen administrative or legal fees.
Returned products must be in the original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition. Products that have
advertised as clearance products, discontinued products and seasonal products are ineligible. Membership Fees are
If the product is eligible for the Member Buy Back Policy, MARI J CO will credit the original form of payment within 14 days of the product being received by MARI J CO per the guidelines set forth above. Once the credit is issued you Membership account will be closed.
